Jericho Rosales, Kim Jones tie the knot in Boracay

MANILA, Philippines — Actor Jericho Rosales and his British-Filipino fiancée model Kim Jones finally tied the knot Thursday afternoon after eight months of being engaged.

Rosales and Jones exchanged vows in a wedding ceremony at a resort in Boracay.

Few hours before the wedding, Rosales couldn’t contain his excitement as he posted these photos on his Instagram account.

TV host-actress and the couple’s friend Iya Villania also posted a photo of the wedding venue with singer Gary Valenciano rehearsing before the event.

Three days before the wedding, Rosales posted a photo of a necklace engraved with their wedding date.

“Not very long now J On our way to happily ever after <3 #echokimforever,” the male lead of the ABS-CBN hit series “The Legal Wife” wrote.

Maya of “Be Careful With My Heart” Finally Gives Birth to Twins!

Maya finally gave birth to twins which ended the long wait of fans of ABS-CBN top-rating daytime series, “Be Careful with My Heart” on its May 1, 2014 episode 

Jodi Sta. Maria, who portrays the role of Maya,  the nanny-turned-flight-attendant who married her former boss, Richard Yap who portrays the role Richard “Sir Chief” Lim gave birth via Cesarean section.

“Sweetheart, the twins, they’re here,” Sir Chief told his wife, Maya. Sir Chief’s children; Luke (Jerome Ponce), Nikki (Janella Salvador) and Abby (Mutya Orquia) were also present as they welcomed the twins.

Be Careful with My Heart which also stars with Lito Pimentel, Aiza Seguerra and among others has become subject of Internet meme earlier.

The highly anticipated episode of Be Careful with My Heart where Maya gave birth to twins even dominated as most talked about topic on micro-blogging site,Twitter which generated vigorous reactions from the netizens online. Others even expressed their frustration and anticipation as they expect for the twins.

Be Careful with My Heart is considered as one of the longest-running series in the Philippines. Although it has been criticized for long-time airing which debuted on July 9, 2012. The romantic-comedy series reign on TV ratings.

The daytime television series has garnered various awards and citations including the 2013 PMPC Star Awards for Television which hailed Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap as Best Drama Actor and Actress awardees.

Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo has aired a statement in defense of her leading man and rumored boyfriend Daniel Padilla regarding his recognized unresponsive attitude in his media interviews. 

“Nami-misinterpret lang siya ng ibang tao [pero] madali mong mamahalin at maging kaibigan ‘yung tao kapag nakilala mo,” Kathryn Bernardo said. Like Daniel Padilla, the Teen Queen admitted that she is also sometimes misinterpreted by the media.

“Sa akin basta gusto ko lang maging ako, ‘yung pinapakita ko sa interviews, lahat, ‘yun po talaga ako. Kaya masaya ako na tinanggap ako ng tao kung ano ako ngayon,” Kathryn Bernardo further added.

Kathryn Bernardo attest to the pressure they’re on for being a role model to their fans and followers. She added that they are trying their best to become good example to others.

Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla are currently busy preparing for the teen heartthrob’s second major concert tonight at the historic Araneta Coliseum.

During her previous interview, Kathryn Bernardo hinted great performances on the upcoming concert of the Teen King. They will perform a new song during Daniel Padilla’s Dos concert.

Kris Aquino's Short Hair

After keeping her hair long for quite some time, Kris made a surprising transformation by cutting it  pixie style, which she said is her "shortest since child birth."

Kris debuted her new look in the April 21 episode of "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" and hinted, without getting into details, that she has gone through something.

"Kapag may pinagdadaanan ka, it is appropriate," Kris told co-host Boy Abunda.

‘Time for change’

Asked if she’s still going through that phase, Kris replied, "Tapos na. Time for change."

Kris added, "Ayaw ko na ng heartache, iyon lang."

Boy told Kris that what's important is "moving on and rising above heartaches."

Before she showed her new look on TV, Kris informed followers on Instagram last  Monday, April 21,  that she "cut off more than a foot" of her hair.  She quoted designer Coco Chanel and said, "A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life."

"I'm super ready for my life change," Kris said on Instagram.

What Kris missed

Kris took photos of her TV screen, which shows her sporting the new do in "Aquino & Abunda Tonight."

Along with the photo is a caption which read, "I liked my smile here, I've missed it."

Early this month, Kris revealed that she and Quezon City mayor Herbert Bautista are dating.  After saying that she and Herbert are a "work in progress," Kris promised to refrain from talking about their relationship.
